I was robbed when it comes to a sense of humor

Have you ever been with a group of people who are all laughing hysterically at something and you don't find it funny at all? NO? I didn't think so. This happens to me all the time. Just the other day I was in a meeting with 6 other people who are all laughing at something one of the attendees said and I just sat there and smiled.

I always tell people that I have absolutely no sense of humor. I have a theory behind it. My next older brother has a great sense of humor. I love going to movies with him, he laughs the entire movie and by the end of the movie I am laughing also.... not at the movie but at him. And to top it all off, he has a great laugh. I say that all the humor genes went to him and my parents had nothing left for me. (He got all the intelligent genes also but I am not as upset about that one.) I was left with the runt humor genes, the no good ones, and the defective ones. I have learned how to cope with it but I am still a little bitter. Why can't I find things funny? The only things I find funny are other peoples pain; for instance the skateboarding video on Kris' blog, however I didn't even find that one funny. I know, I have a sick sense of humor. I told you my genes were defective.

I know you didn't inherit genes from your father-in-law, but... he is just like you! Kind of scary for you two kids, huh?

I don't miss Utah as much as I miss the people that live there! Miss you guys and think about you often. Have fun this week seeing Twighlight. I will call you on Friday night to dish!
